The Anima team is excited to finally announce the official selection of short films for the 2025 edition, which will take place from February 28 to March 9, 2025, at Flagey, Marni, and Cinematek!
After many hours, our selection committee has chosen the very best from over 1,700 submitted films! A total of 173 short films that will take you from laughter to tears and give you plenty to think about. The international competition will feature 85 titles, while the national competition will present 25 new Belgian films. Additionally, 63 films out of competition will enrich the selection and make up the various thematic programs at Anima 2025.
